This machine has simply changed my life and is a must if you want to tone yourself, all for the comfort of your own home.
At first I was weary that the machine wouldn't be as good as the reviews that I had been reading on the internet, however they proved to be true.
The first time i used this, I trained for about 10 minutes, as i wanted to see how much this would actualy do, and I heard reports that 10minutes of using this machine is equivelent to 1 hour at the gym. Even though i was aching the next day, i was extremly happy, knowing that this machine had done its job. I now use this machine 3 times a week, varying my exercises.
