A great investment in the long term. I opted for the pro Plate to ensure that the machine would be able to handle all 6 members of my family and their varying weights. When it arrived it was a very sturdy machine with a larger platform than anticipated - which allows for a larger variety of movement in comparisson to other machines. The interface is user-friendly and makes training and reaching your fitness goals simple.
