I have always been sceptical about Vibration Training until one of my friends who is a personal trainer told me about Flabelos. He was raving about it and how it had transformed the body shape of some of his clients. So I bought one and can't stop using it. I find going to the gym quite boring to being able to work out on this all from the comfort of my own home is a bonus. I wanted more definition and within 6 weeks the hard work had paid off and I look very toned.
