I chose a Life Fitness machine because I am used to using Life Fitness equipment and believe that it is the best brand on the market. I spoke to GymCompany and after telling them what my fitness goals were they reccomended the X3 for me to use and what a great choice. The added benefit was that it was quiet to use.
